This is a mini project in JAVA The Birthday Alert System is completely JAVA based with the the help of SWING framework. Birthday Alert System is a software which notifies user of the birthday of the persons added in the list along with their birthdate and play the birthday song for the person. If there is no birthday software do not notifies user and no song will be played.

This project generates visiting card for visitors who come to visit residents living in Smart Cities.

The Smart Scanner is an app that majorly saves time and does not keep the manual report of the visitors in the form of people's. In today's world, everything is changing from manual to automation. Therefore, the entries for the apartments or the smart city for the visitors should also be made fast and paperless. Therefore, the app is all about the entries in the smart city. The app features scanner and a visiting card.
Scanner- This part scans the visiting card by the guard and the data is automatically uploaded to the database.
This app does basic tasks that are performed in Hostel like requesting gate pass, mess time table, Visitor's entry and showing location of your hostel in Google Map.
